About the Role
Your duties will include:
* Conducting routine inspections
* Assisting with reception duties
* Completing entry and exit condition reports when required
* Conducting leasing inspections when required
* Assisting with tenant enquiries
* Assisting with processing tenant applications
* General administration and support to the Property Management team
About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Have at least 12 months experience in the real estate industry
* Have specific experience in property management activities
* Hold a current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
* Have excellent communication and customer service skills
* Be organised with strong attention to detail
* Be able to work in a fast‐paced environment
* Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Hold a current driver's licence
