About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned business analyst to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to support delivery across enterprise platforms, specifically in consumer insurance transformation initiatives with a focus on claims.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for consumer insurance related initiatives with a focus on claims processes
* Analyse current and future state claims processes, identifying opportunities for simplification and automation
* Create user stories and business documentation to support agile delivery across multiple platforms
* Facilitate workshops and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and alignment
* Act as a liaison between business teams and claims stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of delivery goals
* Participate in agile rhythms including stand-ups, planning sessions, and showcases
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on claims (Claims Centre/Guidewire Knowledge preferred)
* Business analysis capabilities including requirements gathering, process documentation, and business process mapping
* Ability to work across multiple platforms and with engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions
* Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and familiarity with Agile, Lean and waterfall methodologies
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
* Knowledge of frameworks such as BABOK, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile practices
