About The Role
This role will see you play a pivotal part in shaping how the firm works, analysing, designing, and implementing changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across multiple teams. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, and subject-matter experts to map current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture and analyse processes.Develop "as-is" and "to-be" process maps to identify and recommend improvements.Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project scoping documents.Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.Partner with technology teams to design and implement automation and reporting solutions.Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer across the business.Contribute to firm-wide digital initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in a business analyst or process optimisation role.Proven ability to map, analyse, and re-engineer business processes.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Excel, and process mapping software.Experience working within professional services or a complex stakeholder environment is highly regarded.Exposure to the software delivery lifecycle, project management, or Lean Six Sigma is desirable.
