The ideal candidate will have a degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in a quality management role within the dairy or food manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality systems, excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and high digital dexterity with skills in the full Microsoft suite and experience with ERP/QMS systems are also essential.
