* Role Description
The Opportunity
The Support Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative support functions within the faculty. This role ensures that the Support Officers effectively manage their responsibilities to provide quality support services to both students and staff. The Support Coordinator delivers high-quality customer service by using subject matter expertise to provide accurate, relevant, and timely information in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrated experience in coordinating and providing high – quality, student / customer centric service in a front – line environment, including resolving complex customer queries, recommending solutions, and escalating as needed.
* Experience in supervising, supporting and providing on-the-job training to staff while modelling and promoting a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, continuous improvement and excellence in customer service in a dynamic environment.
* Proven ability to coordinate the prioritisation and management of fluctuating workloads within a team in a high – volume, deadline – driven customer service environment, with a high level of organisational skills to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
