IFLY Indoor Skydiving (A division of XReality Group) is looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales across iFLY Gold Coast (Surfers Paradise) and iFLY Downunder (Penrith). You'll be based in our Gold Coast office, when you're not out and about, with the occasional Sydney trip planned.
Although the role would be primarily Monday to Friday, occasional weekend work may be required if we have a big group or important event on. We are searching for someone who is passionate about driving revenue and sees sales opportunities everywhere – from the kids parties to the tourists, from the corporate bookings to our sports flyers. The role would be responsible for increasing our Groups and Events revenue which includes school groups, corporate team building, MICE and kids' parties and working with the marketing manager and/or general manager to ensure onsite processes reflect a sales culture.
You'll know the Gold Coast well and have previously worked in a sales or customer facing role, preferably within a leisure or hospitality industry. Although the role is advertised as full time, we are also open to part time position or a flexible work arrangement for the right candidate. Our team is small and we are very passionate about our product. We love to keep the positive energy up and we love to fly! We have a strong online and digital presence, so we're looking for additional sales outside of this realm. Bonus points if you've tried indoor skydiving before or are keen to fly!
