In this role you will: Enable confident decision‑making by delivering pragmatic, commercially balanced risk and compliance advice across Claims. Embed robust risk governance into Reimagine Claims initiatives, including AI and automated decisioning, from design through delivery. Strengthen control effectiveness by overseeing assurance, monitoring, and reporting across Claims and technology‑enabled processes. Surface emerging risk insights by identifying themes and root causes from incidents, change activity, and transformation impacts. Ensure regulatory confidence through timely escalation and reporting of key risk and compliance exposures. Shape a strong risk culture by influencing stakeholders and championing responsible, compliant use of AI and data-driven capabilities.
