Commercial Property Manager
The role of Commercial Property Manager is to oversee the management of a premium portfolio of commercial properties. This involves liaising with owners and tenants, handling inquiries, and managing compliance and maintenance requests.
* Liaise with property owners and tenants, handle inquiries, and manage compliance and maintenance requests
* Provide administrative support for portfolio management, including budgeting and accounts
* Assist with financial planning, including operating costs and year-end reconciliations
* Conduct lease renewals, option renewals, assignments, and rent reviews
* Schedule and conduct property inspections to ensure optimal performance
* Manage rental and outgoings arrears effectively, minimizing losses
A key aspect of this role is to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with property ownership. This includes conducting regular inspections, coordinating contractor access, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
* Experience managing commercial properties and understanding commercial leases
* Strong skills in budgeting, accounting, and financial planning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* QLD Certificate of Registration (or equivalent) and full driver's licence
* Proficient in using property management software; Cirrus8 experience is an advantage
* Strong computer and administrative skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Friendly, approachable, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving
* Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills
