An exciting position is available in our Alexandria office for a Marketing Coordinator. Responsible for delivering engaging and inspirational marketing content across earned and owned media channels, to maximise sales, brand value and marketing return on investment. This role supports the implementation of marketing activities and community management.
**_ Tasks & Responsibilities_**
- Intermittently drive PR implementation for all channels and aid in the transition of PR duties to an external agency.
- Support in the development of and posting inspiring and engaging content that builds the brand and drives sales.
- Support coordination and produce all shoots.
- Support with the implementation and coordination of collateral and content production, planning and execution,
- Write/coordinate online product descriptions optimised for SEO.
- Brief in paid social assets and campaigns.
- Proactively drive implementation of Local Store Marketing activities and events as directed and in liaison with retail.
- Implement, coordinate and communicate Marketing calendar across all social channels.
- Regularly evaluate the competitive social landscape and provide competitor insights.
- Monitoring of all social activity delivery and valuation and efficiently responding to commentary aligned with brand tone.
- .Plan and manage the wholesale, local area marketing and social content budgets, ensuring invoices are authorised, entered and paid.
- Stay knowledgeable of products and delivery schedule
- Manage marketing and PR sample sets
**_ Desired Skills & Expertise_**
- Minimum 3 years in a Marketing discipline
- passionate about trends and social media
- Enthusiastic to share ideas and be a part of the Brand Strategy
- Industry experience is preferred over tertiary qualifications
- Ability to work as a team to achieve primary goals and meet deadlines.
- Competent in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Skilled at communicating with customers and maintaining relationships.
- Approaches situations with a solution-focused attitude at all times.
- Possesses excellent planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
