ROLE PURPOSE
As a Service Technician in our Managed Print Services (MPS) division, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our customer's office equipment to a high standard of proficiency. Reporting into the MPS Service Manager, you will uphold excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction, contributing to retention of existing MPS customers.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Devonport TAS office - 18A Don Road Devonport TAS 7310, on Tommeginne Country.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Manage customer service requests, including diagnosing machine faults, repairing equipment, conducting final inspections, and performing testing.
* Perform onsite machine installations, establish network connections, and provide end-user training.
* Assist the IT Tech team and Managed Service customers with remote support.
* Support the Sales team with both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet company standards for call production, response times, and parts usage.
* Properly maintain and inventory all parts and support equipment required to perform the job effectively.
* Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to Winc's HSE plan, policies, and procedures.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
* Certificate or equivalent qualification in Technology preferred.
* At least 2 years of experience as a copier technician.
* Valid driver's license.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Good written and verbal communication abilities.
* Detailed knowledge of computer and copier management software such as PaperCut, uniFLOW, and Microsoft 365.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
