Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate daily operations supporting insurance build project allocations, client reporting, and system management
* Oversee workflow distribution, ensuring tasks and projects are completed within targeted KPIs

* Manage contractor scheduling, safety compliance, and client communications in a busy environment
* Drive process improvements and support system upgrades, including Prime CRM and safety systems

Requirements
* Building industry or insurance building background preferred
* Proven experience managing operational workflows and small teams in a busy setting
* Strong decision‐making ability and proactive mindset
* Must be hands‐on
* Experienced with client portal systems and technology‐driven workflows
* Ability to work on‐site and adapt quickly in a fluid, open office environment
