Team Global Express is looking for an ambitious, solutions-driven Business Development Manager with experience in courier operations and sales. You'll identify major growth opportunities, design bespoke solutions, and oversee their delivery from concept to implementation.
What You'll Do
* Drive revenue growth with courier and transport clients
* Design and implement tailored solutions across B2B, B2C, e‐commerce, and contract logistics
* Lead tender responses and large‐scale proposals
* Manage implementation from solution design to operational rollout
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision‐makers
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‐quality delivery
What You'll Bring
* Track record in major account management and solution design
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Confident presenting to C‐suite and senior stakeholders
* Ability to manage complex projects and cross‐functional teams
* Results‐oriented, resilient, and adaptable
* Time spent in a Metropolitan courier and truck supplier selling or servicing customers with fast‐paced and dynamic requirements (highly regarded)
