About the Role
We are seeking a capable Design Coordinator to support the delivery of construction projects across our portfolio. You will coordinate design activities, manage documentation, and work closely with project teams and consultants to ensure designs are delivered on time, within scope, and fully compliant.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate design programs, drawing registers, and deliverables
* Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams
* Review drawings, manage RFIs, and track design changes and approvals
* Ensure compliance with NCC/BCA, Australian Standards, and project requirements
* Support project delivery through clear communication and reporting
About You
* Experience in a Design Coordinator or similar role within construction
* Strong understanding of design documentation and coordination processes
* Proficiency in AutoCAD
* Experience with Aconex, Procore, or similar platforms
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
