Job Description As a Payroll Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising payroll systems and integrations across platforms.
This position focuses on ensuring data integrity, resolving system issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll collaborate closely with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily payroll system integrations, including data validation and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain advanced Excel based reporting and analytical tools.
Perform BAU support for payroll queries and system configuration issues.
Assist with system enhancement projects, UAT, and process automation initiatives.
Ensure compliance through regular audits, reconciliations, and data checks.
