Offices are growing in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth and in this role, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and commercial advice to their clients working on projects such as growth strategy and commercial due diligence

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that client projects run smoothly with high quality outcomes.
- Provide day-to-day direction and guidance, including structuring and leading teams of consultants and making sure all deliverables stay on track.
- Responsible for the successful completion of each project.
- Possesses an impressive range of expertise and understanding of the industry.
- Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in terms of project planning and management.
- Manage budgets and timeframes.
- Take ownership to uncover current business development opportunities and develop tailored proposals for clients.
- Responsible for managing junior consultants and provide mentoring, coaching and development.
Key Qualifications for this role:
- Minimum 6 to 10 years work experience in a Management Consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, Kearney, Monitor Deloitte etc.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
- An innovative and collaborative approach to problem solving.
- Strong client consulting and strategic review skills
- Demonstrates experience in marketing, strategy and organisation effectiveness
- Extensive benchmarking experience
Pay: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
