A Peek Into Your Petstock Day
* Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customers will have memorable, meaningful interactions
* Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
* Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
* Maintain the consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring new stock is promptly and accurately displayed and replenished
* Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products and services
* Contribute to a fun, supportive culture in‐store where the team loves coming to work each and every day
* Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team
* Work with the team to achieve stock integrity through replenishment, date‐expiry checks, stock takes etc.
* Loading and unloading of couriers/trucks
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including daily housekeeping initiatives
* General warehouse duties as directed

* A passion for animals and providing the best customer service
* Experience in a similar retail and warehouse environment
* Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
* Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kg
* Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays
