The Opportunity
This centre is seeking a highly capable and motivated Centre Director /Centre Administration / Operations-focused professional to support the day-to-day running of a well‐established early learning service.
This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced role suited to someone who understands early childhood environments and is confident managing administration, compliance, family engagement, and operational processes.
Centre Director or senior leadership experience is not essential — they are open to strong administrators from early learning environments who are ready to step up.
You will work closely with an experienced leadership team and receive full support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily centre administration and operational coordination
* Support enrolments, occupancy, waitlists, and family enquiries
* Assist with compliance requirements and regulatory documentation (NQS, policies, audits, etc.)
* Maintain accurate records and support ACECQA‐aligned processes (training provided where needed)
* Build strong relationships with families and support enrolment conversion and retention
* Assist with rostering, staffing coordination, and centre communication
* Support leadership with marketing, community engagement, and growth initiatives
* Contribute to maintaining a high‐quality, well‐organised and compliant service environment
Role Requirements
* Experience in early childhood education administration, centre coordination, or operations support
* Confident communicator with families, staff, and leadership teams
* Understanding of early childhood regulations is highly regarded (training available)
* Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
* Full working rights in Australia
