We are currently seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of Commercial and Retail assets. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering outstanding property outcomes.
The Opportunity
In this hands‐on and highly influential role, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio and play a key role in maximising asset performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing long‐term value across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day‐to‐day operation, performance, and compliance of a diverse Commercial and Retail property portfolio
* Oversee the full lease lifecycle including negotiations, renewals, variations, and lease administration
* Build strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
* Partner with internal teams to ensure maintenance, compliance, and presentation standards are consistently achieved
* Monitor rental payments and outgoings to ensure accuracy and compliance with Retail Lease legislation
* Manage landlord obligations and property‐related financial commitments
* Interpret lease terms and proactively manage issues, disputes, or ambiguities where required
* Coordinate and review tenant fit outs and property improvement initiatives
* Support finance functions relating to authorisation, payment, and recovery of property expenses
About You
You are an experienced Property professional who combines commercial acumen with strong relationship management skills. You thrive on managing competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
You Will Bring
* Demonstrated experience managing commercial and retail property portfolios
* Strong working knowledge of Retail Lease legislation and lease administration
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to interpret complex lease documentation
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with strong organisational capabilities
