Role Overview
We are looking for a resident activity and support coordinator to deliver engaging, fun, and varied activities for residents, while providing personal care and emotional support to ensure they feel valued, safe, and maintain strong social connections within the home.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, fun, and varied activities ensuring residents have their best day every day.
* Provide personal care and emotional support to residents to ensure they feel valued, safe, and remain socially connected.
* Get to know the personal interests of residents and design innovative activities that keep them motivated and smiling.
* Work as a team player within a collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Skills
* Passion for enriching the lives of older Australians.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a desire to build genuine relationships with residents.
* Willingness to work in a dynamic, growing aged care sector.
