About The Role
Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial, and mining customers, leveraging their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice and use sales techniques to solve problems and provide solutions. Customers benefit from the strong relationships they build and exceptional service delivered.
Duties Include
* Interpret parts
* Process customer orders
* Efficiently dispatch products and parts
* Promote specials
* Arrange buy‐ins
* Process customer credits
* Serve as first point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
* Contribute to a culture of safety by prioritising safety and ensuring everyone works safely
* Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing as required
