Business Development Professional
The successful candidate will take the lead in QLD for a global brand making big moves in the Australian market.
They will be responsible for developing existing accounts, growing revenue, reigniting lapsed accounts, and securing new partnerships through their existing network and strategic outreach.
* Build and execute sales plans to meet and exceed growth targets
* Identify, approach, and win business with Tool Makers/Equipment/Part manufacturers
* Leverage their existing network and industry knowledge to uncover opportunities
* Provide product guidance and technical solutions to customers
* Drive share of wallet with existing and dormant accounts
* Manage CRM, pipeline, and forecasting with accuracy
* Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
About You
* Experience selling into OEMs or working within one – ideally in Mining, Crushing, Rock Tools, or Heavy Industrial Components
* Strong knowledge of the QLD market for OEMs, Mining, or Aftermarket sectors
* Sales experience within Mechanical Engineering field will be considered
* Proven success in B2B business development across QLD
* Self-motivation and discipline to manage a remote sales role
* Strong technical aptitude – trade, mechanical, or engineering background preferred
* Willingness to travel regionally across QLD as needed
