Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional reservations attendant to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and experiences across various reservations locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Process bookings and payments accurately
* Maintain a clean and welcoming front counter and public areas
* Assist with stock take and operational procedures
* Provide safety briefings and manage tour manifests
* Support team members across reservations, call center, and canoe shed
* Promote company products and services
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, polite, and professional phone manner
* Strong computer skills, especially in reservations systems
* High attention to detail and time management
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Compassion and empathy for diverse customer needs
Desirable:
* Sales and retail experience
* Certificate in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Front Office
* Current First Aid Certificate
Other Requirements:
Manual NT Driver's License, understanding of Workplace Health and Safety regulations
