About the Role
This is a critical support role within our Healthcare vertical, working closely with Account Managers, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery to our healthcare customers.
You will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day account activities, supporting customer communication, and ensuring operational and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Account Managers with day-to-day coordination of healthcare accounts
* Act as a key contact for operational queries and customer follow-ups
* Coordinate bookings, service delivery, and project movements (including sensitive medical equipment)
* Monitor service performance and elevate any risks or issues
* Track incidents, claims, and ensure timely resolution
* Assist with reporting, invoicing accuracy, and administrative processes
* Maintain accurate customer records and compliance documentation
What will you bring to the role
* Minimum 2 years' experience in account coordination, customer service, or logistics support
* Exposure to sensitive freight or project-based logistics is desirable
* Understanding of WHS and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) principles
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
