Job Title: Community Care Provider
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Care Provider. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. Your primary focus will be on assisting with activities of daily living, such as personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support
* Ensure client safety and well-being at all times
* Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
* Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
* Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support or related field (desired)
* Current Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel
* Registered and insured vehicle
* Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Confidence in using technology
