Role Purpose
* Achieving and exceeding guest hygiene standards.
* Ensuring presentation of the hotel is high standard in both cleanliness and presentation.
* Clean all general areas including bathrooms and replenish amenities to the highest quality and efficiency.
* Ensuring rooms are of the high standard in both cleanliness and presentation.
* Clean rooms, Make beds, Dust, Vacuum, Clean Bathrooms and Replenish amenities to the highest quality and efficiency.
* Responding to guest requests for amenities or additional items in a timely manner.
Qualifications
* Experience of housekeeping operations within a hotel is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills, with strong and clear communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail in cleaning and presentation.
* Committed to delivering excellent service & meet quality standards.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
