About the Opportunity:
The Dental Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of our dental practice, ensuring efficiency, compliance with regulations, and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, including adherence to health regulations and industry standards.
* Financial Management: Manage financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while maintaining exceptional service quality.
* Team Leadership: Supervise staffing needs, including interviewing, training, and scheduling, to optimise team performance and meet patient needs.
* Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar managerial role within a dental or healthcare setting.
* Strong understanding of dental procedures, office management, and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent financial management skills, including experience with budgeting and forecasting.
* Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
