U&U Recruitment Partners seek an experienced asset management professional for a 3 month minimum contract opportunity with a local government authority in Beaudesert, SEQ.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating and implementing corporate asset management policies, strategies and improvement plans, in line with ISO 55000 requirements;
* Managing a team of five asset management professionals and mentoring and advising best practice in creating asset management initiatives;
* Coordinate GIS resources, flood mapping; and
* Providing asset information to support the development of planning permit approvals;
To be successful in your role, we seek applicants with:
* Circa 5 years' experience relevant to public sector asset management planning and policy, focused on built form and civil infrastructure in QLD;
* Solid experience and understanding of ISO 55000 requirements and IIMM; and
* Demonstrable experience in leadership and stakeholder management.
You will ideally be in a position to start a new role immediately, as this role is available for a start before the new year Contract extension is possible and hourly rates are flexible, based on experience.
