Overview
The Victorian Government is establishing 50 government-owned early learning centres as part of the Best Start, Best Life reforms.
These centres offer high-quality, accessible, and inclusive early childhood education and care services to children aged three and four years old, providing childcare, Three and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten, and Pre-Prep.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage centre systems related to payroll, enrolments, attendance, and Child Care Subsidy.
* Provide administrative support and act as a key point of contact for families.
Requirements
* Previous experience working in administration, preferably in the early childhood sector.
* Experience in financial reporting and adherence to organisational policies and procedures.
* Proficiency in using administrative software and systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills with staff, families, and communities.
