JTK PROPERTY SERVICES is a property maintenance company providing trade services to a wide range of clients. With the main office situated in Ellenbrook, we manage trades attending properties over the entire Perth metro area.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Full-time Accounts/Administration Assistant to join our small friendly team for immediate start.
The position is 37.5 hours per week (8.30am to 4.30pm - Monday to Friday).
Training will be provided as required.
DUTIES
* Answering phone calls and monitoring incoming correspondence.
* Liaising with clients, site contacts and trades.
* Data entry in MS Excel and MYOB.
* Preparation of client invoices and raising purchase orders in MYOB.
* Sending out statements to clients and trades.
* Document filing and scanning.
* Other general office duties.
ABOUT YOU
* Punctual and reliable.
* Professional and appropriate phone manner.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Ability to follow instructions and willing to learn.
* Ability to multi-task with good organisational skills.
* Competent computer skills and experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Word and MYOB (or similar).
* Ability to work under pressure.
