Opportunity
This is a hands‐on role giving you the opportunity to work on technically challenging systems, long‐term stability and skill development in a structured environment. You'll build your expertise in specialised electrical work, with support to obtain your EEHA qualification, opening the door to highly sought‐after hazardous area capabilities, if you don't already have. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your primary focus will be diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining our critical assets and equipment, such as fuel storage and fuel transfer systems.
Work Hours & Travel
Hours: 38‐hour work week in a blue‐collar role supporting a strong work‐life balance. Monday–Thursday: 6:30am–3pm. Friday: 6:30am–1pm. Early finish on a Friday. There's also the option to do a week of travel each month to places like Katherine, where you'll do 12‐hour days and pick up decent overtime (time+half for first 2hours, then double time).
Requirements
* E&I certification and A‐grade electrical licence
* EEHA certified (desirable)
* Proven experience working in fixed plant maintenance (fuel services or oil & gas preferred)
* Confined space and working at heights tickets (preferred)
* Australian citizenship and ability to pass a police check
