The RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role for someone who's cool under pressure, sharp on service and genuinely enjoys being in the thick of it. You'll be the one setting the pace, reading the room and making sure every shift runs like clockwork.
You'll lead by example with a calm, composed and organised style. You'll guide the team through busy services, keep standards high and make sure every guest leaves happy.
You'll also:
* Run floor operations across services with 200+ covers
* Coach and mentor new team members
* Drive upselling, especially on wine and premium drinks
* Work closely with the GM on daily ops and team culture
* Spot what needs improving and make it happen
What You'll Need
* 2+ years in a senior FOH or Assistant Manager role in a quality, high-volume venue
* Confidence leading the floor during peak services
* Wine knowledge is a bonus, especially if you can use it to lift guest experience and coach the team
* A steady hand and a team-first mindset
* Someone who backs their crew, owns their role and takes pride in the little things
