Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administration Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to our office. You will also provide administrative support to our staff and programs, assist in the coordination of daily operations, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. This role requires energy, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a reception/administration role
* Superior customer service skills and stakeholder management
* Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office experience
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
* Natural ability to take initiative and be proactive
* Drivers License, and willingness to drive a work vehicle as required

Others:
