As the Site Finance Manager, you'll lead financial operations, partner with site leadership, provide financial control, operational insights, and drive performance improvements across manufacturing, supply chain, and support functions.
This is a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, strengthening processes, and supporting data‐driven decision‐making in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment in a business with ambitious growth plans for the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead site financial reporting, including month‐end close, reconciliations, and management reporting
* Lead a small, efficient team of three (3)
* Deliver timely and insightful analysis to support operational and strategic decision‐making
* Partner with production and operations teams to monitor and improve site performance
* Oversee inventory accounting, costing, and working capital management
* Manage, track and improve KPIs (financial and non‐financial)
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
* Manage audit, compliance, and statutory requirements
* Identify and implement process improvements and cost‐saving initiatives
About You
* CA/CPA qualified
* Proven experience in manufacturing or site‐based finance roles
* Strong background in costing, inventory, and operational finance
* Advanced ERP and Excel capability, preferably utilizing SAP
* Commercially minded, with the ability to translate data into action
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across operational and executive teams
* Proactive, hands‐on, and solutions‐focused
