Job Description
* Leading end-to-end business analysis across multiple initiatives
* Defining integration requirements across core and satellite applications
* Developing business cases, including cost-benefit and risk analysis
* Running workshops and stakeholder engagements at senior levels
* Translating business needs into clear solution direction and requirements
* Partnering with delivery teams, architects, and product stakeholders
* Coaching and mentoring junior Business Analysts
* Driving process improvement and optimisation initiatives
* Supporting UAT and acceptance criteria definition
* Contributing to BA standards, governance, and continuous improvement
