We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Services Officer to support high-quality reporting and financial oversight in claims-related activities. This role requires strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and a drive for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining claims management reports and analytics
* Analysing operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
* Oversight of financial tracking, reporting and budget planning
* Reviewing and standardising documentation, templates, policies and procedures
* Coordinating accurate and compliant submissions to stakeholders
Role Suitability

* Business process modelling and analytics
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Education & Experience
A Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Public Administration or a related field is required. At least 3 years' experience in analytics, reporting, financial or process improvement roles is preferred.
