Assistant Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our programs. This is a permanent, part-time position requiring 34.5 hours during school term and 38 hours during vacation care time.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Service Coordinator to develop quality programs, manage daily operations, and support staff management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in program development
* Managing daily programs
* SUPPORTING STAFF MANAGEMENT
* Ensuring compliance with policy
* Undertaking administrative tasks
* Collaborating with families and the community
To be successful in this role, you will have completed or be close to completing relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma in Children Services). You will also have experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
