IT Support Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team in Melbourne.
* Resolve customer tickets efficiently
* Diagnose desktop, printer, and network issues
* Administer cloud services like Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
* Liaise with vendors to resolve complex problems
* Provide onsite support and training
* Escalate issues to your team leader according to SLAs
This role requires someone with 2+ years of experience, strong time management skills, and familiarity with backup solutions, endpoint management, M365 administration, and networking.
The ideal candidate is ambitious, confident, and passionate about achieving results. You must hold a valid driver's license and have full working rights.
