Roundtree Search is currently partnering with a growing private credit investment platform seeking to hire an Investment Analyst to support its expanding real estate lending business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–5 years' experience across real estate, banking, valuations, investment analysis or development who is looking to transition into the private credit space.
The platform provides tailored real estate financing solutions across a broad range of asset classes and transaction types, with typical loan sizes ranging from c.$20m–$50m+ spanning senior and mezzanine facilities.
The successful candidate will gain exposure across:
* Transaction underwriting & due diligence
* Financial analysis and cashflow modelling
* Market and asset-level research
* Investment committee materials
* Portfolio management & reporting
* Deal execution support alongside senior investment professionals
Ideal background:
* 2–5 years' experience within real estate, banking, corporate finance, valuations or related sectors
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
* High attention to detail and commercial mindset
* A genuine interest in private credit and real estate finance
* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
