Join Westpac as a Senior Relationship Manager (Agribusiness). This full‐time role is based in Bendigo and focuses on supporting one of Australia's most important industries.
What's the role?
You'll be at the heart of supporting agribusiness customers across Central Victoria and surrounding regions. Your responsibilities include managing a portfolio of established customers, building new relationships, providing insights and solutions, and collaborating with specialists across Westpac. The role involves field visits and internal collaboration to structure solutions that support growth and resilience.
What do I need?
* Strong, demonstrated experience in agribusiness banking with a solid understanding of regional industries
* Proven customer acquisition and relationship building experience
* Confidence in credit assessment, cashflow analysis and deal structuring
* A customer‐first mindset focused on portfolio growth and business development
* A strong local network or the ability to build trusted referral partnerships
