A day in the life of a F&B Attendant
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring each visit is memorable.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to guests.
Deliver top‐notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock‐up, you'll be on the front lines, maintaining high standards and ensuring the experience is unforgettable.
Assist the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent requirements
This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you
* Natural at making people feel welcome and attentive to details.
* Team player motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
* Current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
* Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is an asset.
* Ability to complete Employee Due Diligence checks, including a National Police Check if required.
