Job Description
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share across the construction, HVAC, and infrastructure sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, distributors, and project owners.
* Specify Victaulic solutions into engineering designs and influence decision‑makers throughout project lifecycles.
* Conduct technical presentations and on‑site training to demonstrate product value and application.
* Manage a balanced distribution network and collaborate with partners to secure project opportunities.
* Utilize Salesforce to track projects, forecast pipeline activity, and report on sales performance.
The Successful Applicant
* Background in construction tools, industrial equipment, or mechanical systems sales, with experience selling directly to contractors and end users on‑site.
* Comfortable navigating construction sites and engaging confidently with project managers, engineers, and tradespeople.
* Competitive and energetic sales professional who thrives on building relationships and winning business through persistence and technical understanding.
* Mechanically minded with strong problem‑solving and product demonstration skills, able to translate technical benefits into commercial outcomes.
