About the Country Manager role:
In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for leading the Australia business by driving strategic sakes, operational excellence and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set and execute business strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness in Australia.
* Own full P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance.
* Lead revenue generation efforts, actively engaging in sales, key accounts, and strategic customer projects.
* Drive business development and market expansion, building partnerships, brand presence, and new opportunities.
* Oversee operations and governance, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate standards.
* Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a strong culture, capability development, and employee engagement.
To succeed in the Country Manager role, you will need a strong background in commercial and operational management experience in Automation and Packaging industries.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in commercial or sales management.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.
* Prior experience in leading a team will be preferred.
* Well versed in automation or packaging manufacturing.
* Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
* Commercially focused with a problem-solving mindset
