Senior Strategic Partner
The role involves being a trusted partner to our Health portfolio, utilizing your broad P&C expertise to lead and deliver high-impact strategic initiatives and interventions. This will include change management, cultural interventions, acquisitions, and integration, as well as engagement & retention.
You will make an impact by working in partnership with senior operational and P&C leaders to introduce interventions that support the achievement of Health portfolio objectives. You will also be responsible for leading, coaching, and supporting a small team of high-performing P&C Business Partners, managing complex employee & industrial relations matters, and delivering people change initiatives including integration and transformation activities.
Additionally, you will introduce creative and innovative engagement activities to continually improve retention and strengthen APM's position as an employer of choice. You will proactively review existing ways of working to identify opportunities to enhance existing frameworks, policies, and processes in line with industry best practice to introduce new and innovative approaches.
Key skills required include strong communication and influencing skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage and deliver on a broad range of priorities. Relevant Human Resources tertiary qualifications and demonstrated Generalist HR experience are essential.
