What you will be doing:
* Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly
* Provide support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
* Perform pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)
* Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients

What you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Workers
* Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
* Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
* Current driver's license and comprehensive vehicle insurance
