The Role We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a 4-month temporary contract to oversee end-to-end financial operations and ensure seamless continuity of our ANZ business. This contract is highly focused on managing core Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities and meeting critical statutory reporting requirements, budgets and audit. Key Responsibilities Statutory & Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate, compliant monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting in line with statutory obligations and global parent-company requirements. BAU Operations: Oversee day-to-day finance function stability, including cash flow management, tax compliance, payroll oversight, and audit preparation. Budgeting & Forecasting: Maintain current rolling forecasts and assist with budget maintenance during the contract period. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the stable finance partner for executive leaders, operational teams, and external regulators to support data-driven decision-making. Team Continuity: Provide steady leadership to the existing finance team, ensuring high performance and operational consistency. Your Profile You are a technically strong finance leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and can hit the ground running to deliver steady BAU operations. You will bring: CPA/CA qualification with strong technical accounting, tax, and statutory reporting capability. Proven experience managing audits and ensuring compliance under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills to partner effectively with non-finance leaders and external stakeholders.
