Digital Marketing Specialist – Full Time, Salary, 12 months Fixed Term – Movie World, Oxenford, Gold Coast
Ready to own campaigns and bring them to life? As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to create and refine automated customer journeys that engage guests and deliver real commercial impact.
You'll join a curious, collaborative digital team that loves experimenting, learning and continuously improving how we connect with our guests across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting end-to-end digital campaigns, from launch through to optimisation and improvement
* Building and maintaining automated customer journeys and cross-channel campaigns in Emarsys (or similar)
* Turning data and business needs into smart workflows and practical solutions
* Analysing performance across campaigns, channels and journeys to uncover opportunities
* Using GA4 to track user behaviour, conversions and overall digital performance
* Collaborating with the wider team on targeting, segmentation and ad-hoc digital projects
What We're Looking For
* Hands‐on experience building and managing multi‐channel customer journeys in a marketing automation platform (e.g., Emarsys, Braze, SFMC)
* Strong analytical skills, including using GA4 and marketing data to track behaviour, performance and opportunities
* Experience using SQL for audience segmentation, journey triggers and data management
* A good working understanding of SEO and paid media (search and social), with the ability to support and review performance
* Confidence troubleshooting technical journey logic and maintaining clean, reliable data
* Strong communication skills, with a collaborative, flexible approach to ad‐hoc projects and team priorities
