Relationship Manager - Veterinary

We are partnering with one of our valued clients in the pet cremation services industry to find an energetic and experienced Relationship Manager. This short‐term contract is perfect for someone who knows the veterinary world, thrives on building strong clinic relationships, and enjoys meaningful, purpose‐driven work.
What You'll Do
* Strengthen and grow veterinary partnerships across West Victoria through regular clinic visits, engaging staff training, and exceptional service delivery.
* Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, expanding service uptake, and representing a trusted aftercare provider with professionalism and compassion.
* Champion our client's brand within the veterinary community, ensuring clinics feel supported, informed, and valued.
What You Bring
* Proven experience working with veterinary clinics in a relationship or account management role.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clinic owners, nurses, and practice managers.
* Confidence managing a large territory and using CRM systems effectively.
* A proactive, upbeat attitude and the ability to work independently.
