About the role:
We're working with several leading asset managers and superannuation funds gearing up for major change across their investment platforms - and that includes expanding their Application Support teams to manage and optimise BlackRock Aladdin environments.
We're interested in hearing from candidates with:
* Experience providing Level 1 - 3 application support for BlackRock Aladdin
* Exposure to investment operations, trading or funds management environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement across front, middle and back office
* Hands-on troubleshooting, incident response and root cause analysis
* Order Management System (OMS)
* Performance and Risk Analytics
* Data Warehouse / EDM
* API, file-based or real-time integration troubleshooting
* Aladdin Workspace and Dashboards
Skill Set:
* Solid experience with SQL (for querying, investigating data issues)
* Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and job scheduling tools (e.g. Autosys)
* Familiarity with SFTP, API logs or ETL workflows
* Monitoring tools (Geneos, Splunk, AppDynamics or similar)
* Understanding of incident, problem and change management processes (e.g. ITIL)
