Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist with the Marketing team’s daily operations.
* Engage regularly with key internal stakeholders across various functions.
* Campaign ideation, creation and management.
* Assist with promotions, digital advertising, and creative campaigns.
* Content creation, including eDMs, landing pages, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.
* Support the sales teams in delivering on the strategic revenue focused objectives of the company.
* Creation and distribution of operational and crisis communications to clients and partners.
* Maintain and improve the design and take-to-market of various lead generation and client acquisition campaigns.
* Manage the company’s social media presence, particularly LinkedIn.
* Engage with and utilise Marketing CRM HubSpot effectively to achieve better marketing performance.
* Support the marketing team in optimising with Google AdWords Search, display and remarketing campaigns.
* Represent the Company at various events as required.
* Ensure all marketing activity is in accordance with the relevant regulatory obligations, company policies and procedures.
About you
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Business/Economics/Finance or similar is essential.
* 3+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
* Experience in the digital brokerage sector is ideal.
* Experience in B2B channels is preferred.
* Strong copywriting skills are preferred.
* Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Advertising.
* Experience with Google Marketing Suite including Ads, Analytics and Tag Manager is preferred.
* Experience with Adobe InDesign is preferred.
* Experience with CRM’s Salesforce and HubSpot is preferred.
* Experience with WordPress is preferred.
* Experience with SEO is preferred.Experience with HTML and CSS is beneficial.
* Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) is beneficial.
