Responsibilities

* Managing workflows, systems, and general office processes to ensure efficiency

* Previous experience in an office support or administrative role
* Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in document preparation and formatting
* Strong organisational and time management skills

* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience in insurance, legal, or professional services environments (highly regarded).
